Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before enrolling in or using Contract Kings. By accessing our website at ekonrei.com or purchasing our course, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Contract Kings is an online educational course operated by EKON Investments LLC. We provide educational content, community access, group coaching calls, and live call sessions focused on wholesale real estate investing. Our course is delivered through the Whop platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in Contract Kings. By enrolling, you represent that you meet this requirement. Contract Kings is intended for educational purposes only and is not a licensed real estate brokerage or financial advisory service.
Upon successful enrollment and payment, you will receive access to:
Access is granted to the individual purchaser only and may not be shared, transferred, or resold. Violation of this may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.
Contract Kings offers two enrollment options:
All payments are processed through Whop. By enrolling, you agree to Whop's payment terms. Prices are subject to change at any time for new enrollments.
If you are on the monthly plan, you may cancel at any time through your Whop account. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. You will retain access through the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
90-Day Guarantee
If you complete the course curriculum, attend the live coaching and seller call sessions, and have not closed a wholesale real estate contract within 90 days of enrollment, you are eligible for a full refund.

Refund requests that do not meet the above criteria will not be honored. Refunds are not available for the one-time plan outside of the 90-day guarantee window. All refund requests must be submitted by contacting us through ekonrei.com.
Contract Kings provides educational content only. Nothing in our course, coaching calls, community, or any Contract Kings materials constitutes legal, financial, tax, or investment advice.
Real estate investing involves risk. Results shared by Contract Kings, its instructors, or students are not typical and are not a guarantee of your results. Your success depends on many factors including your market, effort, budget, and execution. EKON Investments LLC makes no guarantees of income or specific outcomes.
All content within Contract Kings — including course videos, scripts, templates, slides, coaching call recordings, and community materials — is the intellectual property of EKON Investments LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, sell, or create derivative works from any Contract Kings content without our express written permission.
Unauthorized distribution of Contract Kings materials may result in legal action.

We reserve the right to remove any member from the community and revoke course access — without refund — for violating these conduct standards.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EKON Investments LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Contract Kings, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of business, or investment losses.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of Contract Kings shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of Contract Kings at any time. We may update course content, change coaching call schedules, or modify platform features. We will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled students of significant changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Contract Kings shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Contract Kings after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
