Please read these Terms carefully before enrolling. By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Contract Kings

Contract Kings is a wholesale real estate education and mentorship service operated by EKON Investments LLC. We are not a licensed real estate brokerage or financial advisory service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to enroll. Contract Kings provides educational content only.

3. Services & Access

1-on-1 Mentorship includes:

• 2-hour done-for-you onboarding call
• Ongoing call access as needed until your first deal closes
• Full course access (all 9 modules)
• Access to the private Contract Kings Discord community
• Scripts, templates, and custom operation plan
• Proprietary outreach sequences (configured in your account)
• First month of EKON CRM included at no charge
• A2P registration handled by EKON Investments LLC on your behalf
• EKON CRM continues at $97/mo after month 1 (optional, cancel anytime)

Access is granted to the individual purchaser only. Sharing, transferring, or reselling access may result in immediate termination without refund.

4. Pricing & Payment

• 1-on-1 Mentorship: One-time payment — amount discussed on the application call. No recurring fees.
• EKON CRM — Optional: First month included free. $97/mo after month 1. A2P registration handled by us. Optional, cancel anytime.

All payments processed through Whop. Prices subject to change for new enrollments.

5. Cancellation Policy

EKON CRM subscribers may cancel anytime through their account. Access continues through the end of the billing period. No partial refunds for unused time within a billing cycle.

6. Refund & Money-Back Guarantee

To qualify you must:

• Have completed the 2-hour onboarding call
• Have followed the operation plan built during onboarding
• Submit your refund request within 90 days of enrollment

All refund requests must be submitted to support@ekonrei.com.

7. Educational Disclaimer

Contract Kings provides educational content only. Nothing constitutes legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. Real estate investing involves risk. Results are not typical and not guaranteed.

8. Intellectual Property & Proprietary Systems

All Contract Kings content — including course videos, scripts, templates, outreach sequences, automations, and materials — is the intellectual property of EKON Investments LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, teach, resell, or create derivative works from any materials without express written permission.

Proprietary outreach systems and automations provided during mentorship are for your personal use only. They may not be shared, resold, or used as the basis of any competing education or mentorship product. Violation may result in immediate termination and legal action.

9. Code of Conduct

• Treat all members and instructors with respect
• Do not promote competing products or services
• Do not share course materials outside the platform
• Do not engage in spam, harassment, or abusive behavior

We reserve the right to remove members and revoke access without refund for violations.

10. Limitation of Liability

EKON Investments LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by US law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration except where prohibited.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.
